These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the winpkr2 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by winpkr2 ("we", "us", "our", or "winpkr2"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("you", "your", or "Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the promotional terms will prevail for that specific promotion only.

To register and use the winpkr2 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. winpkr2 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on winpkr2. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the winpkr2 Platform or any other gaming platform where such exclusion may apply to winpkr2.
• Not a winpkr2 employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of winpkr2 staff are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on winpkr2, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. winpkr2 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact winpkr2 support immediately via live chat. winpkr2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to notify winpkr2 promptly after becoming aware of a security breach.

winpkr2 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, where it believes that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

winpkr2 operates under an international gaming license that imposes Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. As part of these obligations, winpkr2 is required to verify the identity, age, and residential address of all players before processing any withdrawal request.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number and name.
• Source of Funds: In cases where winpkr2's AML procedures require it, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account may be requested.

winpkr2 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. During the verification process, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. winpkr2 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a player's failure to submit KYC documents promptly or the submission of incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.

winpkr2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT Crypto. All deposits are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winpkr2 does not charge a deposit fee on standard payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your winpkr2 account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank. winpkr2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• winpkr2 reserves the right to return a deposit to the original payment method if KYC verification has not been completed or if a fraud concern is identified.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PKR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Exchange rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. winpkr2 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a different method where the original method is unavailable or where regulatory obligations necessitate it.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (from the time of approval by winpkr2's payments team):

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically within 24 hours for fully verified accounts.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank: Typically 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Raast & 1LINK: Typically within 24 hours.
• USDT Crypto: Typically within 24–48 hours, subject to on-chain confirmation times.

winpkr2 does not charge standard withdrawal fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Withdrawals requested from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be approved until those requirements are satisfied.

winpkr2 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's terms and conditions state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free spins must be used within the time period specified at the point of claim. Unused bonuses expire automatically after this period and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: winpkr2 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and withdrawal requests made immediately after bonus claims without genuine gaming activity. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

All casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting markets available on winpkr2 are subject to the specific rules of each respective game or betting product. Where game rules differ from these general Terms, the game-specific rules will apply for that game only.

Regarding sports betting and cricket markets specifically:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. winpkr2 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a manifest error in pricing or odds, winpkr2 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned.
• PSL, international cricket, and other sporting event settlements are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. winpkr2 is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds, but will use best efforts to correct any resulting settlement errors promptly.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data latency. winpkr2 is not liable for bets placed based on information the player knew or should have known had already occurred at the time of bet placement.

RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on winpkr2 are independently certified for randomness and fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information section. Past game results do not influence future outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winpkr2 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any winpkr2 game, betting market, or platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over winpkr2 or other players.

winpkr2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances associated with such accounts, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

winpkr2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take active steps to prevent problem gambling on our Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all winpkr2 players directly through their account dashboard:

winpkr2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winpkr2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or its content.

winpkr2's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their winpkr2 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winpkr2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, regulatory requirements, or the player's own request.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting winpkr2 support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance of verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

winpkr2 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where a breach of these Terms is suspected. Where an investigation confirms a breach, winpkr2 may forfeit some or all of the account balance and take such further action as it deems appropriate.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winpkr2 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with winpkr2's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming authority.

Before escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact winpkr2 support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. winpkr2 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Most disputes relating to game outcomes, payment delays, or bonus terms can be resolved within 5 business days of the initial contact.

winpkr2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winpkr2 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the winpkr2 Platform after any changes to these Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact winpkr2 support to close your account.
